Terms of use

Jarvis is operated by Plainlineops LLC (state registration in progress). "We", "us" and "our" mean Plainlineops LLC. These terms cover your use of the Jarvis website and your account. By signing in, you agree to them.
Your account
- You need to be an adult to use Jarvis, and you're responsible for what happens under your sign-in.
- Your records belong to you. We store and show them so Jarvis can work for you, as described in our privacy policy.
- You can delete your records at any time, and ask us to delete your account.
What Jarvis is and isn't
- Jarvis organizes your own notes, goals, actions and connected accounts, and answers questions about them with AI. AI replies can be wrong or out of date. Check anything that matters before acting on it.
- Nothing in Jarvis is professional advice of any kind, including legal, medical, tax or financial advice. Any numbers you record are yours, and Jarvis only reports them back.
- Connections to other services (Google, Metricool, your own AI key) are governed by those services' own terms. You're responsible for your use of them.
- We apply a daily limit to AI requests made on our key so everyone gets a fair share.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse Jarvis. That includes trying to reach other users' records, getting around usage limits, overloading or attacking the site, uploading content you don't have the right to, or using the AI to produce harmful or illegal content. We may close an account that does any of this.
Our content
The Jarvis site, its design and its code belong to Plainlineops LLC. Your records stay yours. You may not copy or resell the site itself without our written permission.
Paid kits and services
Paid Jarvis kits, assistant setups and any other paid work are covered by their own written terms at the time of purchase. These terms don't create a service agreement.
No warranty
Jarvis is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available, and we may change or stop it at any time. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Plainlineops LLC and its members, managers and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of Jarvis. Using the Jarvis website is free, so our total liability for any claim about it is limited to what you paid us to use it: nothing. If you buy a paid kit or service, the liability terms of that purchase apply to it instead. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.
Privacy
How we handle information is explained in our privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to use Jarvis after an update means you accept it.
